When we started our partnership with East & Westbrook Construction, we were faced with a challenge from their leadership to help them hire over 75 new employees in 90 days with a high percentage of retention. Our part of this challenge was to help their recruiters and hiring team with creating a sticky and magnetic employer brand that attracted the top-talent they were looking for while clearly communicating their very intentional culture dynamics.
