With multiple locations across different states and a large volume of work to do, we had a unique challenge to help Morris Packaging keep great employees coming through the door with a high level of retention. We set out to improve their employer brand by highlighting the reasons that make Morris such a great place to work. Through this eBook, we were able to incorporate a landing page strategy for their recruiting and utilize a multi-faceted approach, which included video content, culture photography, social media management, email nurturing to qualified candidates, and more.
